Domestic Flights
As the official domestic airline sponsor, Continental Airlines are offering an exclusive discount to all attendees travelling within the U.S. for this year’s conference. You can book your flight on-line at www.continental.com. Alternatively you can contact Continental Airlines Meeting Works at 800-468-7022 if you need further assistance with reservations and ticket purchase. Please note that reservations made by phone will be charged a non-refundable $25 service fee.
Discounts vary from 3% - 15% dependent upon departure and destination cities. Discounts will be valid for travel dates between 5/8/2011 to 5/16/2011.
Accommodation
